强谐波环境下微电网电能计量改进与误差分析

         

摘要

As electricity population increase gradually , a large number of strong harmonic injected micro power grid.The traditional electric energy metering methods for strong power to calculate harmonic environment , lead to unreliable electricity measurement results , the accuracy is poor .A new micro power grid electricity measurement strong harmonic environment improvement and error analysis method were put forward , based on the discrete sam-pling results, through Fourier transformation , all strong harmonic power station on the basis of obtaining the effec-tive value of total micro power grid voltage ( or current ) , for three-phase three-wire system and three-phase four-wire system means the whole line of active power and reactive power is calculated , and its fundamental wave cycle multiplication , to get the cycle of the active power and reactive power , will calculate each time the power value and historical cumulative power value addition , to obtain the total power value , through add window Hanning window function and interpolation correction algorithm for its improvement .The experimental results show that the method has a high measuring accuracy and reliability .%随着用电人群的逐渐增加,大量强谐波被注入微电网中。采用传统电能计量方法未对强谐波环境下电能进行计算,导致电能计量结果不可靠,准确性差。提出一种新的强谐波环境下微电网电能计量改进与误差分析方法,依据离散采样结果,通过傅里叶转换求出各次强谐波电能,在此基础上获取微电网总电压(或电流)的有效值,对三相三线制和三相四线制方式整条线路的有功功率和无功功率进行计算,将其和基波周期相乘,获取该周期下的有功电量和无功电量;将每次求出的电量值和历史累计电量值相加,获取累计电量值,通过Hanning窗函数加窗和插值修正算法对其进行改进。实验结果表明,该方法具有很高的计量精度与可靠性。
