六轴半挂汽车列车平顺性建模和频域仿真

         

摘要

建立了保留六轴半挂汽车列车主要振动部件的平面力学模型,通过拉格朗日方程推导了其矩阵形式的数学模型,求取了静止状态下的主要静载.基于前轮路面激励的统计特性,确定了模型、主要加速度、主要相对动载和主要动挠度对前轮的频响函数,获得了各振动响应量的统计特性,分析了B级路面不同车速下各振动响应量的频率特性,研究结果为六轴半挂汽车列车平顺性的改善、优化和控制提供了研究基础.%A plane mechanical model of six-axle tractor semi-trailer is established by retaining its main vibration components , the corresponding mathematical model is derived in matrix expression form by the Lagrange equation , and main static loads are determined by the equation of equilibrium .The frequency response functions of the main acceleration , the main relative dynamic load and dynamic deflection , and the statistical characteristics of the vibra-tion responses are obtained based on the statistical characteristics of the front wheel road excitation .The frequency characteristics of the vibration responses are analyzed under different vehicle speeds and grade B road .The results lay the research foundations for the improvement , optimization and control of ride comfort for six-axle tractor semi-traile tractor-semitrailer.
