Evaluating and solving the problems of knowledge supply chain is vital to the survival and development of our local technology-based enterprises. Based on the analysis of influencing factors of the knowledge supply chain of technology-based enterprises, this paper established the evaluation system of knowledge supply chain efficiency of technology-based enterprises, and did empirical analysis using the sample data of technology-based enterprises in Shanghai from 2011 to 2016. The research shows that: It is helpful to evaluate the efficiency level and trend of knowledge supply chain of technology-based enterprises objectively, by using the DEA-BCC model and DEA-Malmquist index after objectively defining input variables and output variables; the overall knowledge supply chain efficiency and development trend of Shanghai technology-based enterprises are good, but the scale efficiency of some enterprises needs to is not good enough; enhancing knowledge management ability and optimizing technological environment conditions are helpful to improve the knowledge supply chain efficiency of technology-based enterprises in Shanghai.%评估与解决知识供应链效率问题, 事关我国科技型企业的生存与发展.研究在分析科技型企业知识供应链的影响因素的基础上, 构建了科技型企业知识供应链效率评价体系, 并以2011—2016年期间上海科技型上市公司为样本进行了实证分析.研究表明:客观界定投入与产出两类变量, 综合运用DEA-BCC模型和DEA-Malmquist指数, 有助于客观评估科技型企业知识供应链的效率水平与变化趋势;上海市科技型企业知识供应链的效率水平及其发展趋势总体良好, 部分企业规模效率欠佳;增强知识管理能力和优化技术环境条件, 有助于优化上海科技型企业知识供应链效率.
