By effectively evaluating and supervising government governance projects, government environmental performance auditing plays a unique role in evaluating the development and utilization of resources, environmental protection and ecological sustainable development. This paper used the Pressure-State-Response (PSR) model to establish an evaluation index system for government environmental performance auditing projects, and used the AHP to determine the weight of each index. Taking the"Dianchi Lake Pollution Control Project of Yunnan Province"as an example, this paper compared and analyzed the project index data, drew the auditing conclusion and put forward the control suggestions. It is expected that the paper will improve the efficiency of government environmental protection work, and provide guidance and reference for the development of government environmental performance auditing.%政府环境绩效审计在评价资源开发利用、环境保护、生态可持续发展等方面具有独特作用, 对政府开展治理项目进行有效评价和监督.利用PSR模型对政府环境绩效审计项目建立评价指标体系, 利用层次分析法确定各项指标权重, 以"云南省滇池污染治理项目"为例, 将项目指标数据进行对比分析, 得出审计结论, 提出治理建议, 提高政府环境保护工作效率, 期望对政府环境绩效审计发展提供指导和借鉴.
