苯酚丙酮装置焦油塔新工艺

         

摘要

苯酚丙酮装置生产过程中会产生焦油, 国内某苯酚丙酮装置精馏单元焦油塔采用单塔运行模式, 焦油塔塔釜温度为235℃, 热源为4.2MPa蒸汽, 在高温运行下, 塔釜换热器内物料易发生结焦.结焦后换热器换热效率下降, 导致蒸汽用量增加.结焦到一定程度后, 必须将精馏单元停车, 对塔釜换热器进行机械清洗.研究结果表明, 将目前的单塔精馏改为双塔精馏, 改变后可以降低塔釜温度, 将热源由高压蒸汽调整为中压蒸汽, 一方面减少蒸汽消耗量, 另一方面减少塔釜重组分焦油的产生量, 从而降低塔釜再沸器结焦速率, 减少清洗频次, 提高装置运行周期.%Tar will be produced in the production process of phenol acetone plant.Tar tower of distillation unit of phenol acetone plant in one Company adopts single tower operation mode.The temperature of tar tower is 235℃ and the heat source is 4.2 MPa steam.Under the high temperature operation, the material in the tower and kettle heat exchanger is easy to coke.After coking, the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchanger decreases, resulting in an increase in steam consumption.After coking to a certain extent, the distillation unit must be stopped for mechanical cleaning of exchanger.The results show that the temperature of the reactor can be lowered and the heat source can be adjusted from high-pressure steam to low-pressure steam when the single tower rectification was changed to twin towers rectification.On the one hand, the consumption of steam can be reduced, on the other hand, the production of tar can be reduced, so that the coking rate of the reactor reboiler can be reduced and the cleaning frequency can be reduced.
