HClO4-SiO2催化合成乳酸正丁酯

         

摘要

以乳酸和正丁醇为原料,采用HClO4-SiO2为催化剂合成乳酸正丁酯.考察了催化剂用量、n(正丁醇):n(乳酸)、反应时间和催化剂重复使用等因素对酯化率的影响.得出最佳的反应条件:n(正丁醇):n(乳酸)=3:1,HClO4-SiO2用量为反应物总质量的2.0%,回流反应2h,酯化率可达93.8%.该催化剂具有制备简单,可循环使用等优点.%n-Butyl lactate was synthesised by lactic acid and n-butyil alcohol in the presence of HC1O4-SiO2. The influential factors were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the optimum condition was as follows;molar ratio of n-butyl alclhol to lactic acid was 3:l,the mass of catalyst was 2. 0%,reflux reaction time was 2 h,the yield of n-butyl lacate reached 93. 8%. This catalyst had many advantages, such as easy to be made,feasible to be used repeatedly and so on.
