合成4,4′-二硝基二苯乙烯-2,2′-二磺酸钠反应机理探讨

         

摘要

4,4'-Dinitrobibenzenyl-2,2'-disulfonic sodium was prepared as follow;first the P-nitrotolu-ene-o-sulfonic acid was oxidated to obtain, 4, 4'-dinitrobenzenyl-2, 2'-disulfonic sodium, which then was oxidated to 4,4' -dinitrostibene-2,2' -disulfonic sodium. By the synthesis experiment of 4,4' -dini-trostibene-2,2' -disulfonic sodium by the sodium hypochlorite oxidation, the reaction mechanism was studied and it was proved that during the oxidation process,sodium hypochlorite takes part in the free radical reaction;the main reaction is independent of the concentration of sodium hypochlorite.%4,4-二硝基二苯乙烯-2,2′-二磺酸钠制备过程是对硝基甲苯邻磺酸氧化生成4,4 ′-二硝基二苯乙烷-2,2′-二磺酸钠;4,4′-二硝基二苯乙烷-2,2′-二磺酸钠再氧化生成4,4'-二硝基二苯乙烯-2,2′-二磺酸钠.通过对硝基甲苯邻磺酸次氯酸钠氧化合成4,4′-二硝基二苯乙烯-2,2′-二磺酸钠的反应实验,研究了对硝基甲苯邻磺酸次氯酸钠氧化反应过程机理,氧化过程是次氯酸钠参与游离基反应,主反应与次氯酸钠浓度无关.
