混合二异丙苯精馏侧线分离r间二异丙苯实验研究

     

摘要

采用连续精馏侧线分离技术,从混合二异丙苯中分离间二异丙苯,考察了进料量、回流比、操作压力等因素对间二异丙苯质量分数的影响,并确定了适宜的工艺控制参数.研究分析结果表明,通过连续稳定实验,当进料量为0.6 mL/min、操作压力为-0.095 MPa、回流比为100:1(质量比)、塔顶采出和侧线采出的质量比为1:10时,间二异丙苯产品质量分数稳定在98.5%以上,邻二异丙苯质量分数小于2%,间二异丙苯收率可以达到78.03%,达到工业品技术规格,为工业化实施提供了技术支持.%Studied the pilot test of separation of m-diisopropylbenzene(m-DIPB) from mixed diisopro-pylbenzene .The effects of the inlet amount ,the reflux ratio ,the pressure and other factors on the con-tent of m-DIPB were investigated ,and the appropriate process control parameters were determined . Studied result showed that when the inlet amount is 0. 6 mL/min ,the pressure is -0 .095 MPa ,the re-flux ratio is 100:1 ,the recovery ratio of top production and side line production is 1:10 ,the purity of more than 98 .5% of m-DIPB product can be obtained ,the content of o-diisopropylbenzene is less than 2% ,the yield of m-DIPB is 78.03% .The product can meet the requirements of the factory on purity of m-DIPB ,so we provide theoretical support for the later industrialization .
