摘要

This paper briefly introduces the generation,development,applications,and structure features of pillararenes.Emphases are put on three parts:synthesis and applications of new pillararenes;synthesis,self-assembly and applications of new pillararenes in analytical and separation science;synthesis and applications of new pillararenes in medicine.Future developments of pillararenes are prospected in the end.%简要介绍了柱芳烃的产生、发展、应用及结构特征.详细综述了新型柱芳烃的合成自组装及在分析分离科学及在医药学领域的应用,并对柱芳烃的发展进行了展望.
