阳极氧化法制备TiO2薄膜及光电化学性能研究

     

摘要

Nano titanium dioxide (TiO 2 )film was fabricated by anodic oxidation in dilute sulfuric acid solution and NaF-MEG-H 2 O solution electrolyte respectively.The phase structure and morphology of the nano TiO 2 were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron micros-copy (SEM),and photoelectrochemical properties of nano TiO 2 electrode were evaluated by transient photocurrent spectroscopy,optical voltage-current and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). The results showed that the TiO 2 fabricated in dilute sulfuric acid solution is a layered packing struc-ture.TiO 2 is a porous structure with excellent photoelectric chemical properties in NaF-MEG-H 2 O so-lution,and its photoelectric conversion rate can reach 1.02%.%采用阳极氧化法,分别以稀硫酸溶液和氟化钠-乙二醇-水溶液为电解液,在钛片上制备纳米TiO 2薄膜.利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对纳米TiO 2的形貌及结构进行表征,并通过瞬态光电流谱、光电压-电流及交流阻抗谱测试纳米TiO 2电极的光电化学性能.结果表明,稀硫酸电解液中制备的TiO 2为层状堆积结构.在氟化钠-乙二醇-水溶液中制备的TiO 2为多孔状结构,具有优良的光电化学性能,其光电转化率可以达到1.02%.
