回收丁二烯脱除重组分系统工艺优化

摘要

The heavy component removing and butadiene recovering system of butadiene extraction de-vice in Jilin Petrochemical Company was designed to solve problems of polymerization blockade during production and low purity of product.By the reconstruction of inhibitor unit,installation of deoxidation unit and optimization of operation,operation cycle of butadiene extraction device was extended,the de-vice capacity of butadiene recovery and quality of products were improved.The proposed measures were proved to be effective and can be generalized for similar devices.%为解决中国石油吉林石化公司丁二烯抽提装置回收丁二烯脱重系统生产中存在的聚堵和产品纯度较低的问题,通过阻聚剂系统改造、增设除氧系统、优化控制,延长了运行周期、提高了回收丁二烯处理能力和产品质量.
