合成SAPO-34分子筛的研究进展及应用

摘要

SAPO-34 exhibits high selectivity of light olefins in M TO process,and it has been widely studied recently.The influence factors of synthesis process(such as template,crystallization tempera-ture,etc)which can change the properties of zeolites,were investigated.The paper summarized briefly modification,hydrothermal stability and other properties of SAPO-34,and its application in the prepa-ration of light olefins,and put forward the development trend of SAPO-34.%SAPO-34因在甲醇制烯烃(MTO)的反应中对于小分子烯烃具有高选择性和稳定性而被广泛研究.主要介绍了合成过程中的影响因素如模板剂、晶化温度等对分子筛性能的改变,综述了金属改性研究、SAPO-34的水热稳定性等性能以及在制备小分子烯烃的用途,展望了SAPO-34的发展趋势.
