摘要

1-Ethoxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-4-ol was synthesized through O-alkylation reaction by using 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidinooxy((ZJ-701)and 2-butanone as raw materials, 30% H2O2as oxidant,CuCl as reducing agent,and its structure was charateristized by IR,1H NMR、13C NMR and MS.The results revealed that its optimal conditions were as follows:n(ZJ-701): n(bu-tanone): n(H2O2): n(CuCl)=1:12:5:0.05,the reaction time being 18 h,and the reaction tem-perature being 30 ℃.Under the above conditions,the yield of the products was 56.5% and the purity w as 98.91%.%以4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氮氧自由基(ZJ-701)和丁酮为原料,质量分数30% 的 H2O2为氧化剂,CuCl为还原剂,通过自由基反应合成了1-乙氧基-4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱和质谱表征了其结构.结果表明,其较佳工艺条件为 n(ZJ-701):n(丁酮): n(H2O2): n(CuCl)=1:12:5:0.05,反应时间18 h,反应温度30 ℃.在此条件下,产品的产率为56.5%,质量分数为98.91%.
