职业院校青年教师信息化教学能力发展调查研究——以江西科技师范大学为例

在教育信息化进程中，职业教育信息化成败的关键在于能否培养出适应信息化社会需要的高技能专业人才，而教师的信息化教学能力是把教育信息化落实到教学各个环节的关键。青年教师是职业院校发展的未来，对于其信息化教学能力发展现状、存在问题及解决对策的研究，将有助于职业院校教育信息化的推进。%In the process of education informationization, the key of occupation education intbrmatlonizatlon is to cultivate highly skilled professionals to adapt to the needs of information society. Teacher's informationization teaching ability is the key of implementing education informationization into each teaching link. Young teachers are the future of occupation education development.The research on the development status quo, problems and countermeasures of informationization teaching ability will contribute to the occupation education informationiza- tion.
