中国甜菊糖生产企业整合初探——基于科技进步的产业整合案例研究

本文依据对中国甜菊糖产业的分析，提出了一个基于“ZRF法甜叶菊综合利用新工艺”的我国甜菊糖产业整合新方式——竞合方式：以新工艺设备投资和技术服务为投入，与我国现有的甜菊糖生产加工和销售企业进行合资合作，将新工艺的技术优势与现有的甜菊糖生产加工和销售企业的资金和渠道优势互补，低成本迅速联合扩张，形成我国甜菊糖产业的“托拉斯”，提高产业集中度，完成我国甜菊糖产业整合。%Based on the analysis of China's stevia sugar industry, this paper proposes a new way of our coun- try's stevia sugar industry based on the comprehensive utilization of stevia ZRF new technology: with the new pro- cess equipment investment and technical services for investment, and cooperate with our country's existing stevia sugar production and processing and sales enterprise in joint venture, and the new technology have complementary advantages with the existing stevia sugar production, processing and sales enterprise capital and channels. The low cost expands rapidly, and forms our country's stevioside industry to improve the industry concentration, and com- plete our country stevioside industry integration.
