东江源区经济发展转型与产业结构调整

摘要

Dongjiangyuan area has been included in the national ecological function reserves,and the traditional mode of economic development by damaging the environment must be changed.The advantages of economic development in Dongjiangyuan area lie in the ecological agriculture tourism,rare earth,rich forest resource.The disadvantages are remote location,traffic inconvenience,and lack of talents.Therefore,Dongjiangyuan area needs to increase financial investment to improve the service efficiency of funds,to control the rare earth,tungsten resources development strength,and to put protection in the first place.In the time of increasing the investment,a more strict industry admittance environmental standard is required.At the same time,to vigorously develop ecological agriculture,agricultural food processing industry,and tourism,etc..%东江源区已列入国家级生态功能保护区,破坏环境的传统经济发展方式亟待转型,东江源区经济发展的优势条件是生态农业旅游业和稀土、钨及森林资源丰富,劣势条件是区位偏僻、交通不便、人才缺乏。为此东江源区需要加大财政投入,提高资金使用效率。控制稀土、钨资源开发强度,真正把保护放在优先位置,在加大招商引资力度的同时,实行更加严格的产业准入环境标准。同时大力发展生态农业、农产品食品加工业、旅游业等。
