战略性新兴产业的技术标准竞争——以云计算产业为例

摘要

This paper takes cloud computing for example to discuss the important meaning and main mecha- nism of Emerging Industries of Strategic Importance technical standard competition, introduces the technical framework, cloud computing industry chain and technical standard system at first, and analyses home and abroad present situation and tendency cloud computing standard system, summarizes the general idea of cloud computing industry development; in the end, this paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the cloud computing stan- dardization.%本文以云计算产业为例，探讨了战略新兴产业发展中技术标准竞争的重要意义和主要机制。首先明确了云计算的技术架构、产业链与技术标准体系，并分析了国内外云计算标准体系的发展现状和趋势，总结了我国云计算产业发展的总体思路，最后对如何进一步加强云计算标准化提出对策建议。
