低碳经济背景下我国碳捕集、利用与封存技术研发与示范分析研究

摘要

Carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), an emerging technology, is widely consid-ered as one of the key technologies to address global climate change and to control greenhouse gas emissions. As a result, we should actively promote the development and the demonstration of CCUS technology in China, and launch relative laws and regulations of clear rights and responsibilities.%二氧化碳捕集、利用与封存（CCUS）技术是一项新兴的，被广泛认为是应对全球气候变化、控制温室气体排放的重要技术之一，应积极进推动我国CCUS技术的研发与示范，制定权责清晰的CCUS安全法律法规等。
