铀矿岩芯放射性核素238U的γ能谱分析

             

摘要

本文利用CANBERRA公司提供的Falcon便携式HPGe γ谱仪,在室内采用相对测量方法对岩芯(主要是核素 238U)进行放射性核素分析,实验中所用标准物质为国家二级铀矿标准物质.实验中对五个已知 238U含量样品进行了测量,已知样品中放射性物质 238U的含量由"东华理工大学分析测试研究中心"提供.对五个已知含量样品进行能谱分析得到的 238U结果与化学分析存在一定的误差.实验说明,在分析岩芯样品中 238U含量时,γ能谱方法与化学方法相比,可以较准确测出其放射性核素的含量,并且具有制样过程简单、没有引入杂质、分析时间少等优点.%In the indoor,with the help of Falcon portable HPGe gamma spectrometer provided by CANBER-RA,by using the relative measurement method,we make a radionuclide analysis on the core (mainly238U).The ex-perimental material is the standard material for the national level two uranium ore.In the experiment,five samples of238U were measured,and the content of238U in the samples was measured by the "Donghua Institute of engineer-ing and engineering analysis and testing research center".There are some errors in the results and chemical analy-sis of the238U results obtained from the analysis of five samples with known contents.The experimental results show that in measurement of the content in core of238U samples,compared with the chemical method,gamma ray spectrometry method can be more accurate.
