Based on the survey data of energy technology application behavior of 1520 samples of rural house-holds in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone in Jiangxi Province, this paper adopts the orderly multivariate lo-gistic regression model to test new energy policy satisfaction influencing factors. The research finds out that, the factors, such as gender, education, profession, individual openness and understanding of the new energy, whether to establish family pool, arable land area per capita, major income source, whether to build cement road, electricity supply and economy development in the villages and towns, have a significant influence on new energy policy sat-isfaction, while the influence of age, marital status, family population, whether there is a member of the family studying or working in big cities, family income levels, whether there is a cultural site, whether the village belongs to urban suburbs, whether there is convenient appliance maintenance department and village residents income level are not significant.%本文基于江西省鄱阳湖生态经济区农户能源技术应用行为1520份农户调查数据，采用多元有序Lo-gistic模型对农户对新能源政策满意度影响因素进行检验。研究发现：性别、文化程度、从事工作、个体开放程度、对新能源的了解程度、家庭是否建立沼气池、人均耕地面积、收入主要来源、是否通上水泥路、用电情况、所在乡镇经济发展水平因素对农户对新能源政策满意度有显著影响，而年龄、婚姻状况、家庭人口数、是否有家庭成员在大城市读书工作、家庭年收入水平、是否有文化场所、所在村是否属于城镇郊区、是否有便民电器维修部、所在村居民收入水平对其影响不显著。
