G 公司金加工车间设施布置分析设计

摘要

The layout of facilities includes the arrangement of the factory workshop, warehouse and other fa-cilities, as well as the transportation path, pipeline and other logistics facilities. Scientific and reasonable arrange-ment of facilities can make the production process more fluid, improve its flexibility and reduce the cost of logis-tics. This paper, taking the G Company as the research object, by combining with the systematic facility layout method and the analytic hierarchy process, researches the gold processing workshop of G Company.%设施布置即对包括工厂车间、库房等设施以及交通运输路径、管线等物流设施在内的系统进行平面化的布置。科学合理的设施布置可以使生产过程更流畅，提高柔性，降低车间物流成本。本文以G公司金加工车间为研究对象，结合系统化设施布置方法与层次分析法对G公司的金加工车间进行研究。
