浅析机制设计理论在高校科研管理中的应用

摘要

In this paper, the principle of incentive compatibility is abstracted from the mechanism design theory and applied for the establishment of scientific management system with idea of people-oriented in the aim of promoting the harmony of scientific research and sustainable development. Research and management of universities for the status quo is presented and Zhejiang University is as an example.%文章从机制设计理论出发，分析了高校科研管理的特点，提出运用激励相容原理进行科研管理制度的建立。以浙江大学为例，对高校管理这一庞大系统工程进行了剖析，强调在高校的科研管理工作中要以人为本，在构建良好的高校科研管理制度时，要从办学理念、学科建设、队伍建设、科研成果和管理专业化等方面来考虑，制定有效的激励机制，以促进高校科研工作的和谐和可持续发展。
