新形势下高校研究生辅导员工作思路与理念

摘要

With the development of the times, college graduate groups gradually into the stage 90 after its world outlook, outlook on life and behavior and a marked change in graduate groups. Therefore, an urgent need to change the traditional way of the graduate management. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the 90 graduate groups, pointed out the flaws and shortcomings of current graduate management, and puts forward a new management ideas. The graduate counselors shall improve their own quality, change management concept, make full use of the advantages of the network platform to strengthen the ideological education in graduate establish an effective information channels, focus on graduate mental health problems. Graduate management strategies to meet the requirements and challenges of the new situation.%　　随着时代的发展，高校研究生群体逐渐步入了90后阶段，其世界观、人生观及行为方式与之前的研究生群体有了明显的改变。因此亟需转变传统的研究生管理方式。本文对90后研究生群体的特性进行了分析，指出了当前研究生管理工作中存在的缺陷与不足，并针对性地提出了新的管理思路。研究生辅导员应当提高自身素质，改变管理理念，充分利用网络平台优势，加强思想教育，在研究生中建立有效的信息渠道，重点关注研究生心理健康问题。使研究生管理策略符合新形势下的要求与挑战。
