创业机会对商业模式的作用机理研究

摘要

创业机会与商业模式作为创业研究中的重要问题，长期以来并未有效地联系起来。本文在理论与实证研究的基础上，构建创业机会对商业模式的作用机理模型，探索机会的不同特征对商业模式的影响差异，验证了创业机会对商业模式具有显著影响作用，并提出建立机会与企业内外环境相协调的商业模式有助于提高创业成功率和创业绩效。%Entrepreneurial opportunity and business model are important issues in the entrepreneurship research. However, the combination of them has been not effectively studied. Based on the theoretical and empirical research, this paper, through the construction of the mechanism model of entrepreneurial opportunity for the business model, explores the differences of the different characteristics of opportunity to business model. The paper verified that entrepreneurial opportunity has a significant impact on the business model, and proposed the establishment of opportunity coordinated with internal and external environment of the entrepreneurial business model is helpful to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance.
