澳门在珠江三角洲城市群协同创新中的战略定位和发展路径研究

世界政治经济格局正处于再平衡的演变态势,全球范围内的新一轮产业转移已经悄然兴起,澳门既具有背靠强大祖国的政治经济优势,又具有与欧盟、葡语系国家、地区长期经贸往来,引进技术不受限制的有利条件及便于开展国际交流与合作的国际城市的优势,建议把握可以大有作为的国际产业转移的战略性机遇,积极参与珠江三角洲城市群的协同创新,通过开拓科技产业空间,创新科技投融资体制,开展国际技术贸易,建立健全国际技术交易市场,将澳门打造成辐射珠三角和中国的国际核心尖端技术研发、服务和交易的枢纽和引擎, 以推动自身产业转型, 实现澳门经济社会跨越式发展.%The world is undergoing a political and economic rebalancing process. Hence a new round of global industrial relocation is under way. Backed by a powerful China politically and economically, Macau possesses in addition great advantages as an international city when it comes to freedom in technological imports and convenience in global exchange and cooperation due to its long-time trading with the EU and the Portuguese-speaking countries. It is therefore suggested that Macao make the most of the strategic opportunity at a time of this grand industrial shift, involving itself actively in the collaborative innovation of this region. By means of expansion in technological industry, innovation in investment and financing, and establishment of an international market for technology trading, Macau is to be made into an international hub and engine for research and development, service, and trade of core high technologies that radiates its influences across the Pearl River Delta as well as the whole China. Thus an industrial shift will be achieved in Macau and so will its economic and social development.
