智力资本与动态能力的相互关系研究

摘要

资源和能力是决定企业利润的两大要素，作为现代企业重要资源的“智力资本”和企业应对竞争的重要能力的“动态能力”分别是学者们近年来研究的重点，但很少有研究将二者联结起来。实际上，二者间的相互关系对智力资本研究、企业管理的理论和实践都有着重要的意义。本文通过对智力资本和动态能力的概念内涵进行分析，提出动态能力与智力资本的三类主要关系：首先，智力资本与动态能力在概念和功能上具有重叠性和互补性；其次，动态能力在智力资本创造企业绩效的过程中起到中介作用；最后，动态的智力资本概念，即讨论智力资本在不同的外部情境下的适应能力。目的在于突破智力资本的研究领域，将另一种主流理论“动态能力”和智力资本连结起来，深化智力资本理论的研究。%Resource and capacity are two main factors that decide the enterprise's profit. "Intellectual capital" is the important resource of modern enterprise and "dynamic capability" is the significant capability to cope with competition, they are the focus of the scholar's research in recent years. In fact, the relationship between intellectual capital and dynamic capability has important significance to the research of intellectual capital and the theory and practice of management. Through the analysis of connotation of the concept of intellectual capital and dynamic capability, the paper presents three major relationships between intellectual capital and dynamic capability: firstly, on the concept and function, intellectual capital and dynamic capability are overlapping and complementary; secondly, dynamic capability plays an intermediary role in the process of intellectual capital creating enterprise's performance; thirdly, the concept of dynamic intellectual capital, which discusses the adaptability of intellectual capital in different external circumstances. The aim is to break through the research field of intellectual capital, link with another mainstream theory of dynamic capability, deepening the study of the theory of intellectual capital.
