论产学研合作创新的涌现机理

摘要

产学研合作创新聚集体具有复杂适应系统的种种特征；经过发展演化，聚集体可在整体上产生其组成部分所不具备的结构、功能和性质。主体的存在与聚集是产学研合作创新涌现生成的前提条件，非线性的相互作用、自组织、受限生成过程是聚集体产生涌现的内在逻辑机制，以适应能力建构为特征的环境策略是聚集体产生涌现的外在条件。%The aggregation agent of University-Industry collaboration(U-I collaboration) have various features of Complex Adaptive System(CAS). After the evolution, aggregation agent could comprehensively produce the structures, functions and charact ers which their components cound not possess. The existence of the agent and agglomeration is the precondition of emergency of U-I collaboration, Nonlinear interactions、Self-organization and Constrained Generating Procedures is the internal logic for emergency of U-I collaboration. The construction of adaptability is the feature of Environmental strategy,which is the external conditions for emergency of the aggregation agent.
