学界对于鳌拜被擒对康熙历狱翻案的重要影响尚缺乏明晰的认识.鳌拜手握权柄之时,康熙谨慎地处理了杨光先与南怀仁有关历法问题的论争,避免触及康熙历狱.鳌拜被擒之后,清廷中央政权格局发生重大变革,在康熙清算鳌拜党羽的背景下,南怀仁等耶稣会士审时度势,要求为康熙历狱翻案.康熙对待康熙历狱实事求是的态度成为历狱翻案的关键,而辅政体制解体则是康熙历狱翻案的必要条件.%This paper investigates how the change of political situation impact on the redress of Kangxi Calendrical Case. When the senior assistant minister Aobai(鼇拜)took power, Kangxi Emperor and Ferdinand Verbiest did't talk about redress for the case of Johann Adam Schall von Bell. When Aobai(鼇拜)went out of power , there was a big change in the political situation. Ferdinand Verbiest took the chance and asked for the redress of Kangxi Calendrical Case. Kangxi Emperor ordered the court investigated the case again, the Calendrical Case was totally ovethrew. In the redress of Kangxi Calendrical Case, the Kangxi Emperor's attitude about Calender and Johann Adam Schall von Bell played a important role. Moreover, the collapse of senior ministers assistant system was a necessary condition for the redress of Kangxi Calendrical Case.
