我国高职教育管理现状分析及对策

摘要

Higher vocational education has been developing rapidly in recent years,however,the current management modes of China＇s higher vocational education are mainly the duplicates of those of common higher colleges, so they are lack of applied and practical features,which mainly consist in the simply duplicate of the education quality management of common higher colleges,the improper structure of teaching staff,the lack of ＂double-quality＂ teachers,the backward education management system and the severe lack of educational funds. In view of the above bottlenecks, several corresponding measures should be taken.%近年来,高职教育快速发展,然而当前我国高职教育管理模式大都效仿普通高等院校,缺乏应用性和实践性。主要体现在教育质量管理简单效仿普通高等院校模式;师资结构不合理,＂双师型＂教师缺乏;高职教育管理制度落后;教育经费投入严重不足、资金短缺已成为高职教育发展的瓶颈等方面。为此,要加强高职院校教师队伍建设,重视＂双师型＂师资队伍建设、增加对高职教育的资金投入,改革教学模式,突出高职教育应用性和实践性,以此促进高职教育管理创新。
