实践民主 尊重多样——以云南农业大学为例浅析高校学生组织制度创新

College student organization plays a key role in terms of preparing students for further competition.There are challenges appearing while the social and cultural transforms happen.This article analyzed both "internal and external factors students organization confronting to make recommendation for better performance.%高校学生组织是联系学校和学生的纽带,是学生和社会的桥梁,起着促进校园和谐的作用。在不断变化的社会大环境下,高校学生组织管理也存在着诸多问题,这就要求高校进行学生组织制度的创新来适应社会的发展需求。本文客观分析了高校学生组织管理面临的挑战,并对如何进行学生组织制度创新提出了相应的建议。
