Names of public figures are frequently registered as trademarks of a variety of goods or services,for public figures have a high visibility,but it will influence public figures and the society to some extent,if this phenomenon is abused.China's law on adjusting the relationship is still a blank. In this paper, this phenomenon is analyzed from different aspects,and constructive suggestions are put forward.% 公众人物的姓名频繁被注册为各种商品或服务的商标,这种现象出现的重要原因是其在社会上具有较高的知名度,但若放任这一现象的存在,必将对公众人物本身及社会造成一定的影响。我国法律在调整这一关系上还是空白的,本文从不同层面对这一现象加以分析,并提出建设性意见。
