Physical education on higher vocational education plays an crucially important role in vocational students' personal education system.However,scientific research ability of the tea-ching staff influences on the quality and innovation of school physical education.%　　高职高专院校体育教育在高职高专学生个人能力教育体系中占有相当重要的地位，而师资科研能力又影响着学校体育教育质量和改革创新。
