过去传统的档案管理都是依靠人工将档案资料以纸质文档的形式进行保存，在保管过程中需要注意防潮防虫防霉等措施，随着计算机技术的出现，档案管理趋于数字化，先是最初的软盘、光盘等存储工具，逐渐发展到现在的专业档案管理信息系统，档案管理得到了迅速的发展，本文就此展开了研究，并结合自身的专业知识，对档案管理的发展趋势给出了自己的看法。%The traditional file management relied on the manual storage of files in the form of paper documents, and in the storage process, measures of preventing moisture, mildew and pests are required. However, with the advent of computer technology, file management tends to be digitized, gradually developing from the initial floppy disks, CDs and other storage tools to the present professional file management information system, so file manage-ment has achieved a rapid development. In view of that, a re-search is carried in this paper, and some personal views on the development trend of file management are also given combining with the writer's own professional knowledge.
