论我国教育类专业学位研究生实践教学优化策略

     

摘要

Based on the essential characteristics and the cultiva-tion objective of master of education, and with it as the measure-ment standard, the current practical teaching system of master of education in China is analyzed in this paper. However, it is found that there are many problems in the practical teaching system, such as ambiguous teaching goals, unsystematic teaching con-tents and inflexible teaching methods, etc. According to these problems, the author puts forward some optimization strategies of practical teaching that practical teaching should establish prac-tice-oriented objectives, highlight the role of practice activities in the curriculum program, timely update teaching contents, and use diversified teaching methods based on practical teaching.%本文从教育学专业学位研究生的本质特征和培养目标入手,以之为衡量标准,对目前我国教育硕士的实践教学体系进行分析,认为目前实践教学体系存在着教学目标缺乏明确性、教学内容缺乏系统性和教学方法缺少灵活性等问题。针对这些问题,笔者提出相关的优化策略,认为其实践教学要确立注重实践的培养目标,要突出实践活动在课程计划中的地位,要及时更新实践教学内容,并且应该以多样的实践教学方式进行教学。
