游泳流线型姿势的再认识

     

摘要

俗话说“站有站相,坐有坐相”,同样,人在水中游泳也有应该具备的身体姿势,即流线型姿势。通过文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,对游泳中这一身体姿势作了必要阐述,包括流线型姿势的重要性、动作要领和常见错误及改进方法,希望能够对游泳爱好者的学习和认识有所帮助;通过此姿势的练习能够提升自己,并向周围传递正能量。%People also should have the necessary body position in the water, as a saying goes,"Have a good manner when you stand or sit", that is the streamlined position. This paper elaborates the streamlined position from three aspects such as its importance, gist of the motion and the improvements of common errors in this position, by using the methods of literature review and interview, hoping that it is of great help for swimmers to study and under-stand;it could improve yourself and transfer positive energy to the surroundings through the exercise of the position.
