从跨文化交际角度谈交际失败

摘要

Communication failure often appears when people from different countries and regions communicate with each other, even language learners who have grasped words and grammars are with no exceptions. Weak cross-culture sense is one crucial reason. Communication failure falls into pragmatic failure and non-pragmatic failure. Aiming to strengthen language learners ' cross-culture awareness and improve communication, with the combination of examples, this paper researches about communi-cation failure from the perspective of cross-culture.%来自不同国家和地区的人们在交际时经常会出现交际失败现象，即使已经掌握外语单词和句法的语言学习者也会出现这种现象。跨文化意识淡薄是交际失败的一个重要原因。交际失败既有语言交际失败，也有非语言交际失败。本文从跨文化的角度结合实例谈交际失败，旨在提高第二语言学习者的跨文化交际意识，提高交际质量。
