高职学生参与校企合作人才培养模式的动力机制研究--以厦门市高职院校为例

School-enterprise cooperation is an inevitable choice for the development of higher vocational colleges, and is also the emphasis and difficulty of the vocational education reform. Through the analysis of the student questionnaire and interview data, this paper focus on the problems in the process of school-enterprise cooperation, and put forward some suggestions on how to enhance the motivation of the students taking part in the school-enterprise cooperation.%校企合作是我国高职院校发展的必然选择，也是当前职业教育改革的重点和难点。本文以厦门市院校高职校企合作情况为背景，结合问卷调查和访谈资料分析，指出学生参与校企合作过程中所存在的问题，并探讨如何充分调动学生参与校企合作的积极性以推进校企合作人才培养模式向高效、健康的方向发展。
