新生代农民工的心理问题现状及成因研究

摘要

The new generation of migrant workers mainly refer to the "post-80s" and "post-90s" rural labor force, also known as the second generation of migrant workers. In today's rapid social and economic development, the new generation of migrant work-ers' psychological problems can not be ignored. This paper dis-cusses the characteristics and causes of the new generation of migrant workers' psychological problems at this stage. We dis-cover that the new generation of migrant workers have serious in-feriority complex, social discontent, loneliness, apathy and none sense of belonging, which result from such four aspects as the so-ciety, education, family and individual.%新生代农民工主要指“80后”和“90后”的农村劳动力，也称第二代农民工。而在社会经济飞速发展的今天，新生代农民工的心理问题已不容忽视。本文探讨了新生代农民工现阶段的心理问题特征，并结合现阶段背景探讨了导致其产生的因素。发现新生代农民工有严重的自卑心理，对社会不满、孤独，对人对事冷漠以及归属感不强的心理问题，导致这些问题发生的原因包括社会、教育、家庭和个人这四个方面。
