浅谈统筹城乡发展

摘要

Agriculture is one of the oldest material production sector in the human society, and the most basic material produc-tion sector of the human society. For the 1.3 billion Chinese peo-ple, agriculture is the foundation of national economy, and is an important part supporting national development. Agriculture is the starting point for the development of the whole industrial sys-tem, so other industries cannot leave the development of agricul-ture. Therefore, we should pay attention to the current situation of agricultural development and the existing problems. Through discussing the phenomena in agricultural development, the caus-es and the solutions, this paper analyzes how to coordinate urban and rural development.%　　农业是人类社会最古老的物质生产部门，也是人类社会最基本的物质生产部门。对于13亿中国人来说，农业更是国民经济的基础，是支撑民族发展的重要组成部分。就工业、其他产业和农业在经济发展中的逻辑关系来说，农业是整个产业体系发展的起点，如果工业和其他产业的发展脱离了农业发展能够承担的基础，当自身发展到一定程度，就必然会受到农业发展滞后的制约，整个国民经济也不可能进一步发展。因此对于农业发展的现状以及目前所出现的一些问题，我们应重点关注。本文将从在农业发展中出现的现象、原因以及解决措施等方面分析怎样统筹城乡发展。
