360毅反馈在高校辅导员绩效考评方法的实际应用

摘要

The counselor group is the backbone force for college students' ideological and political education and practice expan-sion, so college counselors' performance evaluation is very im-portant in counselors' work. Starting from the main factors influ-encing college counselor's evaluation, this paper applies the 360°feedback to college counselors' evaluation.%　　辅导员队伍是高校中大学生开展思政教育及实践拓展的中坚力量，高校对辅导员的考评对辅导员工作有着不可磨灭的影响。本文从影响辅导员考评的主要因素出发，探讨了影响辅导员考评的综合因素，从而将360°反馈应用于高校辅导员考评，要重视考评结果以及考评后续的能力提升培养及奖惩制度的落实。
