大专师范院校小学英语教育专业学生教学技能训练模式探讨

The purpose of primary English education major in higher vocational normal colleges is the cultivation of students' teaching skills. The top task of higher vocational normal colleges is to cultivate a lot of quality primary school English teachers. In primary English education major, we should adopt scientific and effective methods to cultivate students' teaching skills.%　　大专师范院校小学英语教育专业的目标是培养小学英语教育专业学生教学技能。大专师范院校的首要任务就是为基础教育培训出一批具有较高素质的小学英语教师。目前，小学教育专业面临的问题是如何采取科学有效的方法培养英语学生的教学技能。培训英语教学技能，不仅要沿用传统的方法，还要开创新的教学技能培养的内涵。通过多种教学技能模式的转换，探讨出有效的，能够实现英语教师教学技能提高的方法。
