团体工作在高校班级管理教育中的可行性研究

摘要

随着经济的不断发展与高等教育的深入改革，我国当前高校的大学生思想政治教育展露出新的发展前景，在如今教育工作不断完善和发展之时，班级管理就显得尤为突出。本文针对当今大学班级具有接受知识、完善学生性格特点，完成学生社会化等特点，提出团体工作在大学班级管理中的运用。针对此想法，本文对团体工作在班级管理中的运作进行了可行性分析，亦在通过此研究能给大学辅导员在管理学生工作时，提供方法。%With continuous economic development and further reform of higher education, contemporary college students' ideo-logical and political education shows new development prospect, and class management is prominent. In view of contemporary college students' characteristics, this paper proposes the applica-tion of group work to class management. This paper analyzes the feasibility of group work in class management and proposes methods for it.
