播出管理模式探讨

摘要

本文通过电视台播出系统流程管理的全面系统阐述，分析了在现代硬盘播出技术条件下，播出管理中出现的新问题，并提出了全面管理、全程管理、动态管理三种管理方法，为新技术条件下，电视台的播出管理工作做出了有益的参考。同时结合工作实际，对日常管理的细节问题也提出了一些具体建议。%Through a systematical interpretation on process man-agement of television broadcast system, this paper analyzes the new problems in broadcast management under the condition of modern disk broadcast technology, and proposes such three management methods as comprehensive management, whole pro-cess management and dynamic management, hoping to provide references for broadcast management in the new situation. Based on practical work, it also proposes some concrete suggestions.
