以柔制胜的课堂管理浅析

Classroom is the important position of university stu-dents' learning, classroom order and the good learning atmo-sphere is the important guarantee of learning. Some of the soft power of the classroom management in colleges and universities are discussed in the paper, in order to help education workers.%　　课堂是高校学生学习的重要阵地，良好的课堂秩序及学习氛围是学习的重要保障。文中阐述了高校课堂管理中的一些软实力，以期对教育工作者有所裨益。
