高职高专学生管理体制研究

     

摘要

从高职近五年录取分数线看出,绝大多数高职院校的录取分数线正在逐年下降,也就导致了高职学生的生源整体质量在逐年下降。目前安徽省高职院校分三个梯队,第一梯队是注重学校内涵建设与学科建设的高职示范性院校,文理录取分数线一直与国家分数线保持在150分以上的学校;第二梯队是正在建设中高职院校,文理录取分数线与国家分数线保持在50分至150分;第三梯队是专业特色不明显的高职院校,文理录取分数线在国家线50分以内甚至更低。从这三个梯队的高职院校的整体生源情况来看,对学生管理体制提出了更加严峻的考验。为了适应生源的不断变化,学生管理体制也要不断创新。%Viewing from higher vocational admission scores in the last five years, admission scores of the vast majority of vocational colleges are declining, which led to the declining of students' overall quality. Higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province are classified into three echelons:the first echelon are exemplary in-stitutions focusing on the construction of school connotation and discipline;the second echelon are higher vocational colleges be-ing buithe third echelon are higher vocational colleges with no obvious professional features. The overall quality of student source for the three echelons proposes more severe challenge for student management. In order to adapt to the changing of stu-dents, student management system should be innovative.
