With the rapid social and economic development in China, some implied shortcomings are also increasingly obvious. The large gap of regional development causes abnormal flow of talent, and excessive concentrated talent and labor causes labor surplus in some regions, which makes some other regions develop more slowly, and this is a vicious circle. We should improve this situation through correct guidance of employment psychology and relevant policies. At the same time, contemporary college stu-dents' psychological condition should be attached to much im-portance, and China's psychological education should be further strengthened.% 社会发展的快速让我国经济水平飞速增长，但与此同时过快发展的背后隐含的弊端也日渐明显，地区发展的差距过大导致人才流动异常，人才与劳动力的过度集中造成部分地区劳动力过剩，部分地区发展愈加缓慢。此类问题所产生的根本原因在于中国根深蒂固的传统思想让大部分国人习惯于“人往高处走”，结果发达的地区愈加发达，落后地区迟迟跟不上发展步伐，这样的就业倾向是上进的表现还是已经演变成社会发展的负担？我们该从根本出发，通过正确的就业心理引导及相关发展政策来改善这一现象。而当代大学生的就业心理所反映的种种心理问题，他们所特有的心理状态，应该得到应有的重视，中国的心理教育指导工作需要进一步加强建设。
