班主任加强大学生思政教育工作探析

Besides management and education, college head teachers should strive to find new approaches for college students' ideological and political education, so as to fully play their role as the "first-line educators" in higher education.%　　高校班主任在对学生进行管理教育同时应该以创新的思维积极探索加强大学生思政教育的新途径，全面发挥班主任在高等教育里应起的“第一线教育者”的作用。
