安徽省草食畜牧业高等人才培养的问题与对策

摘要

The development of herbivorous animal husbandry in Anhui province is seriously lack of high-quality professionals. Aim at this fact, the problem of training was analyzed from the aspect, which was the training of high education talents. Com-bined with the requirement for higher professional talents, this article put forward some countermeasures and suggestions about how to cultivate the talents which have innovative, entrepreneuri-al ability and can meet the need of industrial development, and provides a macro understanding of solving the problem, which is the lack of professionals during the development of herbivorous animal husbandry in Anhui province.%　　针对安徽省草食畜牧业发展严重缺乏高素质专业人才的实际情况，从高等教育人才培养的角度分析了安徽省草食畜牧业高等人才队伍存在的问题，并结合现代畜牧业对高等专业人才的要求，提出了如何更好地培养具有创新、创业能力且适应产业发展需求的草食畜牧业专业人才的对策和建议，为解决安徽省草食畜牧业发展面临专业人才不足的困难提供宏观思路。
