时间银行在中国的建立和发展，为我国养老制度画了浓重的一笔，但运行中也渐渐显露出一些问题，如制度施行率不够、政府支持力度不够、管理人员缺失、推动力需要进一步加大等；针对这些问题，本文提出了加大政府的支持力度、完善时间银行的信息管理系统、加强时间银行间的相互联系、吸纳更多有职业技能的会员等对策建议。%The establishment and development of time bank in China is of great significance for China's pension system, but some problems gradually advent in the operation, such as low rate of system implementation, inadequate strength of governmental support, loss of management personnel, and the need of further increasing impetus, etc.. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward several corresponding measures and suggestions.
