高校学生入党动机研究和加强党员后续教育工作的思考

Motivation of joining the party refers to the purpose of joining the party. College students' motivation of joining the party is the manifestation of their outlooks, while it is affected by many interior and exterior factors, so it shows the characteristics of complexity and diversity. Enhancing the education and guide of college students' motivation of joining the party is of great realistic significance to ensure the quality of college student party mem-bers and their continuing education.%　　入党动机是指激发和维护入党申请人积极向党组织靠拢，争取加入党组织的心理倾向和内在动力。简单地讲，入党动机就是入党目的是什么。高校学生的入党动机是他们要求入党的基本出发点和目的，是他们世界观、人生观、价值观和政治信仰在入党问题上的集中体现。自我认知、社会影响、家庭影响、就业影响等多种因素围绕着高校学生的入党动机呈现出复杂性、多样性特点。既有纯粹信仰型，也有盲目被动型，以及虚荣名誉型或者社会功利型。加强对高校学生入党动机的教育和引导，对于高校党组织把好大学生入党的质量关，做好党员后续教育工作，保持党员队伍的纯洁性具有重要的现实意义。
